Sanjeevani society is a registered Organization with 25 members having an General Body which meets once in a year to evaluate the total performance and formulate major policies and programs. A Governing Body is constituted of 9 members, which meets at least 4 times in a year to resolve issues and make innovative plans for its branches and design programs and projects to realize the goals and objectives of the society.

The Society functions with the help of branch directors, coordinators, staff and professionals who are placed at the grass-roots level and are given occasional training, exposures and enrichment programms. The directors are assisted by coordinators, field staff and animators. All the branch directors meet at least once in 6 months to evaluate the programs and projects and chalk out effective mechanisms to implement the projects and activities.
